ThunderCan Suppressor Warranty Policy

At Shaw Armament Systems, we don't just build suppressors; we build tools for life. Our warranty is simple: if you are the original owner and one of our cans fails due to how we made it, we're going to make it right. No legal gymnastics, just support for the shooters who support us.

What's Backed for Life:

Our Craftsmanship: If a weld fails, a part is out of spec, or a material gives up under normal use, we fix or replace it —period.

The "Duty" Cycle: We expect you to shoot these. If you wear out a core through high-volume, responsible use, we'll get you back in the fight.

Stuck Mounts: If your mount decides it never wants to leave your suppressor, don't bubba it. Send it to us; we have the tools to separate them without ruining your gear.

What is Not Covered

Abuse & Misuse: Damage resulting from neglect, accidents, operator error, or use outside the product's intended scope.

Ammunition: Failures caused by defective, hand-loaded, or non-SAAMI/NATO specification ammunition.

Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs or alterations performed without express authorization from SAS.

Host Weapons: Damage associated with faulty host weapons or improper muzzle thread alignment.

At the end of the day, we're shooters too. If you have a problem, just talk to us. We'll get you squared away.

The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. Shaw Armament Systems LLC does not warrant or accept damages associated with operator error, host weapons, ammunition, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein. Any or all of the stated non-covered circumstances can cause death or injury to the user or another third party. Shaw Armament Systems LLC neither expressly nor impliedly accepts any such liabilities.

To submit a warranty claim please submit our online form and have the below ready:

• Your Product In-hand
• A photo of your ID
• A copy of your Form 3 or Form 4

DO NOT SHIP THE SUPPRESSOR FOR REPAIR WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THE FORM AND RECEIVING A CONFIRMED RMA NUMBER.
